kindly read below prior placing Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Extra charges flat Rs.199 on total order value
- Pay 15% online advance and remaining in cash when product is delivered to you.
- We are taking advance because some of customer ordering & at delivery time they are refusing to take parcel. For like this order we are getting big losses.
- Delivery time for COD orders can be extra time when compared to prepaid orders.
- Express shipping service is not available on COD service.
- COD orders will be accepted only if your location is serviceable.
- (Example: If item price rs.500 + rs.199 cod charge = rs.699 total. Must pay advance deposit 15% as online payment, remaining you have to pay by online to courier person by payment scanner when item is delivered to you)
- NO REFUNDS OF ADVANCE PAYMENTS FOR CANCELLATION OR ORDER REJECTIONS
- NO REFUNDS, INCASE COURIER RETURNED IF CUSTOMER LOCATION IS NOT SERVICEABLE (we check service and send COD shipments, but rarely depending on remote locations local courier boy rejects delivering)
- NO REFUNDS IF RETURNED AS CUSTOMER NOT CONTACTABLE WHEN DELIVERING COD ORDERS.
- STATUS MENTIONED ON COURIER TRACKING IS FINAL.
- ALL COD ORDERS INVOLVES PACKING AND SHIPPING & COD COSTS.
