Secure Packaging

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in Jewellery Box.

Trusted Shipping

After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue-dart, Shree Maruti courier and DTDC to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time.

Delivery charges

We offer free delivery for orders above Rs.999. For all orders below Rs 999, an additional Rs.75 for Maharashtra & Rest of India Rs. 85 shall be charged towards shipping.

Suppose you have bought two pieces or more than that of any item, in that case, we only charge shipping charges by the cart weight, not by the quantity. You can buy as many quantities in one order the charges will be applied by the weight slab of the shipment. If you still have any query, you can contact us. 

Express Delivery is available for an additional cost of Rs.200 for Maharashtra & Rest of India Rs. 250 on the billing amount if you want your order sooner. (3-4 business days for express delivery)

Only Prepaid Orders are eligible for Express Delivery.

You will be charged an additional Rs. 199 as a cash handling fee if you choose the COD option. COD charges depend on location and total order value. COD orders do not qualify for Express Delivery.

Estimated delivery time

Order processing time is between 2 -3 days (Depending Upon the order quantity). Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day, we ship in 3 days. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. Usual delivery time of the package is 6-7 business days depending on the delivery zone. In some cases, if product is not available in stock or disapproved in quality check then it takes around 9-10 working days for delivery.

(Except in a few cases which are beyond our control including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather conditions, strikes, COVID-19, etc)

Deliveries to very remote or difficult locations may take up to 10-12 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints

Please note: all the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

How to track an order status?

Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same. 

Shipping Policy

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of) check with the security desk.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Courier person will attempt delivery for 3 times, if not delivered parcel gets returned to us.

If parcel returned without any actions, reship charges need to be paid to attempt delivery again. encourage customers to provide complete mailing address along with the contact number/s & pin code for delivering the products on time. shall not take responsibilities for delays due to incomplete address listings. In a situation of re-shipment for the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges and any other related fines/penalties.

We at believe in giving good customer experience by delivering the product at the mentioned time. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can sometimes cause delays in shipments. Failed delivery efforts, high volumes particularly during festive and peak periods, and vehicle breakdowns can all cause shipments to be delayed. It can cause delays at a point when consumers want the products to arrive as soon as possible. When a consumer provides an incorrect or misspelled address, the package may be delayed or not delivered at all. So, to avoid any delivery issues, make sure you’re accurately addressing your mail. So, in an emergency, it’s always a good idea to choose Express parcel service because it saves time and ensures that you have your product on time. Delay in delivery service happens for various reasons and we don’t take responsibility as it is done by a third party. For any date-specific requirements please choose only express shipping. 

Cancellation of orders:

  • Cancellation of any orders placed should be notified to [email protected] Prepaid order cancellation is permitted only within 2 hrs of the placement of order.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) order cancellation is not possible.
  • Transaction / Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
