WHAT IF YOU RECEIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
- Our team works hard to provide you defect free products but there are instances when you may receive a defective product which is not repairable at your end then we accept return of these products. Always remember to make a video while opening the package to claim for your Exchange or Refund in case you have received a Wrong Product or a Defected item.
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery to our customer support. After 24 hours we can’t able to accept yours Damaged / Defective product return request.
- Please Make A Video🎬 While Opening The Parcel📦….If There Is Damage And Missing Item Send Us Video… Without Video We Will Not Accept. Please make video while opening parcel without cut or pause.
- Without opening video we will not entertain any complaints. If product would be defective than after only exchange but for this opening video is compulsory for any complaints.
- Defect a lot of times is caused in transit during shipping.
- Stones popping out during transit is not considered as defect since these can be easily stuck back at your end, we will guide you for the same, just drop us an email on email@example.com
WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCTS DESIGN? CAN I RETURN THEM?
- No, we do not accept returns for products which you do not like, this is the minimum risk which has to be born by you.
- We take efforts to put in the details of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reason that it’s too long, too heavy, is not suite on me or etc…
- We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
- Color issue will not consider as damage and it not be exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
- In case you receive a defective product at transit during shipping, you may return it to us within 7 days after receiving the product. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention return reason.
- Send us by courier/speed post along with purchase invoice and courier receipt with original packaging to us.
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 4-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
- Once the return is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).
- We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
- Transaction / Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
