ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently accept Prepaid Orders Only.

This helps us reduce unnecessary shipping losses and maintain affordable prices for all customers.


2. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through the payment options available during checkout, including:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (if available through the payment gateway)

3. Is my payment secure?

Yes.

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateway providers using industry-standard encryption.

We never store your debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.


4. My payment was deducted but my order was not confirmed.

If your payment has been deducted but no order confirmation was received, please contact us with your payment details.

Most failed transactions are automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing time.


5. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are accepted only within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or shipped.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

7. Do you deliver across India?

Yes.

We deliver to most locations across India.


8. Which courier partners do you use?

Depending on your location, we may use trusted courier partners such as:

  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Shree Maruti Courier
  • Other reliable logistics partners

9. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 2–3 Business Days
  • Standard Delivery: 6–7 Business Days
  • Express Delivery: 3–4 Business Days (where available)

Remote locations may require additional delivery time.


10. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking details.


11. Do you offer Express Delivery?

Yes.

Express Delivery is available for an additional shipping charge and only for prepaid orders.


12. What if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us immediately.

If your order has not been shipped, we’ll try to update the address.

Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.


13. What happens if I miss my delivery?

Courier partners usually attempt delivery up to three times.

If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping charges must be paid before dispatching it again.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

14. Do you accept returns?

Yes, but only for eligible defective products as per our Return Policy.


15. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

No.

Returns are not accepted due to personal preferences such as:

  • Design
  • Size
  • Weight
  • Colour preference
  • Change of mind

Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.


16. Is an opening video compulsory?

Yes.

Please record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.

This is mandatory for claims involving:

  • Wrong product
  • Missing product
  • Transit damage
  • Manufacturing defects

17. What happens if I don’t have an opening video?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process such claims.


18. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–12 business days after inspection of the returned product.


19. How will my refund be issued?

Approved refunds are credited only to your AllTrend Wallet.


20. Can Wallet balance be transferred to my bank account?

No.

Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.


21. Does Wallet balance expire?

No.

Currently, AllTrend Wallet balance has no expiry.


PRODUCTS

22. Is your jewellery made of real gold?

No.

Unless specifically mentioned, all products are fashion (imitation) jewellery.


23. What is the base metal?

Most of our jewellery is made using a premium-quality copper base, which offers better durability than ordinary alloy jewellery.


24. Will the jewellery look like real gold?

Our jewellery is designed to provide a premium appearance.

However, it should not be compared with real gold jewellery.


25. Why are some products more expensive than others?

The quality of craftsmanship, polish, stones, materials, and detailing generally depends on the product’s price.

Higher-priced products may feature better finishing, premium stones, thicker gold polish, and more intricate designs.


26. Should I compare your jewellery with real gold jewellery?

No.

Fashion jewellery and real gold jewellery are manufactured using completely different materials and production methods.

Please judge the product according to its price category.


27. Is the jewellery waterproof?

No.

We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals.


28. Will the polish fade?

Over time, normal use may gradually reduce the polish.

Proper jewellery care significantly increases its lifespan.


29. Why did a stone come out?

Sometimes stones may become loose during shipping.

If this happens, please contact us.


30. Is stone loss always considered a manufacturing defect?

Not necessarily.

Minor stone movement during transit is generally repairable and may not always qualify as a manufacturing defect.


JEWELLERY CARE

31. How should I store my jewellery?

Store each jewellery piece separately in:

  • A zip-lock pouch, or
  • An airtight jewellery box.

32. Can I wear jewellery while bathing?

No.

Always remove jewellery before bathing or swimming.


33. Can perfume damage the jewellery?

Yes.

Perfume, deodorant, lotion, hairspray, sanitizer, and chemicals may reduce the life of the polish.


34. How can I make my jewellery last longer?

  • Avoid water
  • Avoid perfume
  • Store properly
  • Wipe with a soft cloth after use
  • Handle carefully
